About

Reverie of a Picture Book shares my passion for children’s books–you know, the ones with lots and lots of illustrations! They had such a profound influence on my childhood. Years ago, I found myself sitting in my college library surrounded by a collection of my favorites. Then I knew, I knew in the core of my being: Always being near copies of my fave children’s tomes would keep me true to myself.

Fast forward almost twenty years, and here I am finally sharing my memories with YOU through Reverie of a Picture Book! Join me with a comment or the mention of your own faves.

The gist of this blog is simply this: When you remember who you were–your childhood awe and joys, questions and answers, you can know better who you are.
